Another interface just came off the production line! Another unreg, me and Supremez made this for him (and me) since we dont have reged soldat :(

Its done in a retro style, hence the name with no shading and a very small pallet. You might think this sounds crap, but it isnt. take a look at the screeny.

no, because its unreg. Just replace the files in interface graphics with teh ones from the download and your done.

Hmm.. I wonder why it shows the default interface even when I choose this one.
