When I try to run Soldat, my screen sits for a bit, then goes to the blue screen of death with the words Fatal Error blah blah blah.

I installed Soldat with no problems, and updated to Direct X 8.1 (I'm running Windows 98) and I still get the Fatal Error. This is really annoying, I played this game at a friend's house, and It was awesome, so I wanted to play it at home.

Someone please help me!
