i have a V-Server on strato.de. Your have to share a server with 5-8 clients and it worked fine for first 4 weeks. this server is latly meaned for webhosting ... about since 1 week i have massive lag on this server. how find out what lags on my server? i have full access with ssh und root.

are you talking about running a soldat server on it, or are you talking about your webhosting being slow?

if the server is meant for webhosting and it is a shared virtual server, there is nothing you can do about the lag. likely someone else that shares the server started using more of the resources allowed to him, reducing you to be only allowed to use the amount of processor power and RAM that you're guaranteed. If you want to run a quality soldat server, you shouldn't try to do so except on servers that are intended for running game servers.
