Better graphics, and plus it's enemy territory :) It's a game that you don't even know that your working as a team. Gameplay videos look about the same too, but enemy territory just feels cooler.

Battlefield 2142 does look bigger though >_>

I'd say battlefield 2142.
mainly because Im a fan of all the other battlefield games.

bf2142 looks like bf2 with slightly upgraded graphics and walking cars. Seems like the sort of thing a modder would/could do.
