I know that there are at least 15-20 RS Servers up right now. But they never are in the lobby. At one point they are, then there not. Theres just 4 of them.
Is this another lobby bug?

Ye. Or if you got slow internet, then sometimes it doesn't show up. This happens to me here at my house, but ay my dads, his internet is FASTTTT, so it doesn't EVER happen there.
