This is something I got off ebaums. Seeing they steal content anyways, it doesnt matter.

===================

1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have chocolate (more than once but less than 10)

2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)

3. Add 5

4. Multiply it by 50 -- I'll wait while you get the calculator

5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1756 .... If you haven't, add 1755.

6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.

You should have a three digit number

The first digit of this was your original number (i.e, how many times you want to have chocolate each week).

The next two numbers are

YOUR AGE! (Oh YES, it is!!!!!)

How does this work? It's pretty simple algebra:

Let x = Chocolate Number

[ (x * 2) + 5 ] 50 + 1756or1755 - birthyear

I had my birthday already, so...

[ 2x + 5 ] 50 + 1756 - 1977
100x + 250 + 1756 - 1977

Note the middle two numbers and their sum: 250 + 1756 = 2006. Of course if you subtract your birth year from the current one, then you'll derive your age. Astounding! :^)

As such, this isn't some "magic" formula. It's just burying the answers -- which you provide -- amid a mess of numbers. So, whichever number you provide is going to be multiplied by 100 either way, so you'll always will get back the number you gave as the first character of a three digit number (assuming your age isn't over 100-years-old) :^) .

all these things are simple algebra, I remember someone trying this crap before and someone posted a 6th grade study sheet with the exact same thing on it...good times.

Simple maths, but a little fun nonetheless for non-mathematical minds.

NOW, if you do it without entering your birthear..... THAT would be special!
