This costume scenery was created by someone...i dont remember for a map called ctf_cledra and the strange thing is the name of the scenery was capsed and it originaly not caps and the scenery work for everyone. I have crate a map with costume scenery and it won't work for everyone and the scenery name not caps at the map maker
