i like Gore becuase its one of the originals from 1.05b and it actually has a beat and rythm (unlike necro and blood) and it doesnt repeat itself every 20 seconds its like a 2 min song.

winamp in background with some drum'n bass or breakbeat... hell yeah!

Best music while playing soldat = Placebo - pure morning.

Gore & Battle used to my fav's, from old 1.0.5b, those were the old days....
now i just plainly like gore. Necromancide is good tho.

Man, screw all those. The best music in Soldat is the title track in the game, Soldat. Nothing like the silent beat of war drums to get my blood pumping. It best brings out the soul of the game.


In the other catergory, I've found that Spybreak by the Propeller Heads is the best non-Soldat song to play to the game.

For those of you unfamiliar with the song, it's the music track that's played during the uber-famous lobby scene in the movie The Matrix, and is the perfect track to dodge bullets to.

OMFG i wish michal never did take that song off the menu!!!

if u got a fast connection than use Winamp and play Brujeria songs. THEY ROCK!!!!!

Do you use it to bob your head and get into the game, or is it distracting? You go one way, and then you post something else the next time....

I've never listened to music while playing, I'll try it out though. I usually like to turn everything that makes noise off so that I can hear better. I'm an insane music lover, just not while playing the game.

Get some really good headphones, they are the best for when your playin soldat!

Most of the times i don't listen to music while i'm playing, but in some exceptions i listen to Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth, Deicide, etc... lets say it's the kind of bans perfect for destruction :)

For sure it's listening to my list of MP3's including Cryptopsy, Soilwork, At the Gates and many more!!!!

I put on some Blues... George Thorogood and Stevie Ray Vaughan... It may seem unconventional but it kicks ass! try it sometime. sure beats blowing your ears out listening to Metal all the time

Evo, people don't need thier own statements clarified by you. I'd assume you'd be happy with your post count (via endless spamming ofcourse) but I guess I hafta stop assuming. In other words, shut up for once and go outside...

Anyways, my comp is running off of a 400mhz Celeron with 64RAM and a few hampsters here and there. It's an oldie, but it works. I'm not the type of person that'll jump the gun and shell out money on a new comp, I'm a little tight when it comes to that (I like to make it last for more useful stuff).
