hey guys im just wondering how the hell can people make a site lay out? sorry if im being dumb but im serious :( like if I'm making a site with geocities how do I make a layout? Like do you make a big picture and then make it as the backgroud picture then put the links?
if so then what size? and would it work in geocities?
and would I be able to make it in photoshop?
