I think that's kinda what he's getting at. That would take a *lot* of work to get networked throughout all of Soldat, but maybe it could be like what some CS servers have-a server ranking system. Then everyone running a server could download this little dedicated mod that tracks all kills.
In-game, you would type /statsme and view your ranking, kills, etc.
