what happened to CTF_DEATH? why did they take that map out of the new version?

I loved that map in 1.05b it wouls be great if someone converted it or remade it.

Lol....look around in the new maps section....someone remade all of the 1.05b maps that left...
Wow....it's only been like 4 months since 1.1 was released...you were quick to catch on that ctf_death was gone! [:D]

Hmmm....well, maybe it's because there was a NEW MODE added, NEW DM MAPS added, and stuff like that...when a game expands, some stuff has to leave....but maybe, just maybe, ctf_kampf could come back, along with hh or something like that....

death is probably the best 1.05b CTF map i know.
its the 1st and best 1 i played :)... ahh... i miss it :(

I would have guessed that some maps were left out of the new version because michal had to convert the maps from 1.0.5b to 1.1.x
So if he had converted ALL the maps, he wouldn't have been able to release 1.1.0 as soon.
Personally, I loved karh :)

death is a easy CTF map.
unless youre playing bots with miniguns on impossible :)

*sigh* ctf_death waz da first ctf map I played and I usally play it with gore. It's sick. Like blood everywhere and people falling down dead. And when you PLay with 17 bots and spawn rate of 8 its impossible to get the flag! But all I care is the bloody effects. I miss hh and fest too... Fest is real good for fast deathmatches
