Yeah, I'd say by the beginning of June....but that's just because it seems like the beginning of a month is the best time to release a game to me! ;P

Times between new Soldat version releases:
0.9.4 -> 0.9.7 - 36 days
0.9.7 -> 0.9.9 - 12 days
0.9.9 -> 1.0.0 - about 20 days, can't check it exactly
1.0.1 -> 1.0.2 - 4 days
1.0.2 -> 1.0.3 - 1 day (! that was a long day & night:) )
1.0.3 -> 1.0.4 - 8 days
1.0.4 -> 1.0.5 - 15 days
1.0.5 -> 1.1.0 - 166 days
1.1.0 -> 1.1.1 - 4 days
1.1.1 -> 1.1.2 - 4 days
1.1.2 -> 1.1.3 - 25 days

When you do a little adding and dividing you get that statisticaly a new version comes out every: 26.8 days.
That means 1.1.4 should be out on the 4th of April. Well sorry, only statisticaly:)

Ah, the wonders of the human race. To continue, id say definatly sometime in the next 2 months, probably in the next month, hopefully in the next 2 weeks, and I REALLY WANT IT to be tommorow, but that wont happen. Anyway, all we can do is wait. And pray.

Maybe the new soldat version will be out on 25 july 2016. That will be a long time without new soldat version.

Yeah, don't you think that would be a big talk if there was a new mode? A drastic change like that would have already swept the Soldat world by storm....something like that wouldn't happen in between little versions like 1.1.3 and 1.1.4....that would come when 1.1.x goes to 1.2.
