ok, my server has been up and running for roughly 6 weeks. i checked the banned.txt today, and it shows 216 IPs that have been banned. 216 in 6 weeks. either there's a helluva lot of cheaters out there, or there's something seriously wrong with the cheat detection.
kinda ridiculous, don't ya think?

Yep been cheat banned on seven servers...... while I disn't do a thing, just won five times in a row........ Even on our practise server I got banned, the owner giff didn't do a thing...... ask him or eyic........ There's damn bug in the cheat detection system......... to be continued........

clear out your ban list and make it a read only file cuz i think it gets a list of banned ips from the lobby server but i made it read only and there are no ips on it

Hell, mine came with IP's banned for me already. But just clear them all like Mr. Bob said, and make it read only and it should work fine. Most people's IPs will change by themself after a while, though, so its no big deal.
