i cant make them work! they just stand still! i tied going in to an premade map to look at the paths and i saw that they had some sort of lines between the "icons" or whatever, how do i make those lines?

and is there anything good i should know about path making

click on a way point first to highlight it. then i think its shift+right click (mebbe left click)? onto the one you want to connect it to. The directional stuff (up, down, left, right, fly) is wat the bot needs to do to get to that point. bots are dumb though hehe so place them appropriately :)

press the "help" button in the upper corner to the right...it says that you connect these lines(after placing them) by pressing "shift + rightclick"...Note: you must mark one first and then do it.
Just think of always placing botwaypoints exactly on all spawnpoints (since that's where they start)
