in the area marked with a 1 in it, should i chang it to something else? if so, what should it be?

in the area marked with a 2, should i take the wall of and build more in area 3?

in the area marked with a 3, should i build something there, WITHOUT taking of the wall marked in area 2? should i continue on the wall to the roof?

since i had to use .GIF and cant save in .JPG somehow the shading and colors are sorta gone... and i havent started on the scenery yet.
