ive tried flipping, chainging the pictues dimentions but that just makes it more of a problem

Send me the gifs. . . I'd like to work with them, and might even fix them. I have experience doing that for weird gifs from people. E-mail me or just post on the forums.

Well there's your problem: your chainsaw2 isn't flipped vertically!

i forgot 2 flp it after ages of trial and error of tryin 2 fix it... and it still aint workoin

It's unfixable. . . all these images read from the top left corner. Sorry, but it was a good idea. I would have loved it.
