Official Map Pack contest has started on the Soldat Forums. The goal is to bring new custom Soldat maps that will be officially available. So if you're a good mapper head on to this page for more details:

*ofcourse such a download would probably be best to be compressed with a compression library like saaay zlib, or I've heard bz2 is a bit slower but better ratio and the bandwidth used for the download would hafta be limited like most such games do. [:-crazy] But I may just be crazy

Well I think they will re release it when 1.2 is finished so the map bugs could be fixed.

Make shure you get good maps in there. I can make maps so I wont make any.
