A new item only comes 1 up the 100 times in the game (not much chang to get it)

The item works like
- You move very fast
- Reload goes fast
- You get grenades
- You get not 100% health but 140 Health
- You get bullet proof vest

This works only 15 sec

IS THIS A N00b idea i hope not

Lame... just get all of the powerups. n00b idea. Sorry.
