Have you guys ever had the problem where you spawn without a gun?

It happens to me when i press the tab button after i have spawned and the weapon menu is still up...

Is this a bug? Has anyone else had this happen? Post if you have or havnt...

i think DNA.styx or one of the moderaters shoudl move this to confirmed bugs...
