I don't know if you did this, but u have to put the weapons/sounds/interface files in their corresponding folders in the soldat directory. Weapons for the game (not the chooser-list thing) go in the "weapons-gfx" folder, sounds go in the "sfx" folder, and interface files (including the weapon-chooser graphics) go in the "interface-gfx" (at least I think that's what it is) folder. The weapon graphics go in the "weapons" folder.
