I don't know how but it is poisible to "break" the stationary guns so they flip up and down and you can't use them anymore.

i think i know what hes talking about cuz it happened to me too but when u walk up to the u grab them well every once in a while youll sit there and grab it and drop it so it just sitts there and goes up and down and looks like its flipping
