I just recently downloaded Direct X 9, assuming that Soldat would support it. It doesn't. Is there going to ever be a re-release that can support DX9, or am I going to have to downgrade?

i downloaed directx 9.0b runtime. and it works fine.

and soldat support DirectX 7/8 or above. so i dont think is the directx or soldat problem.

most likely the thing that is causing the problem is your video card.

what is your video card?
did you update it to its lastest driver? if no, get it now. if you dont know how, as here :P.

Yup Soldat supports DirectX 8.1 and above.

I'm running 9.0b
