there should be a button in options for a game you use that lets there be jet or no jets

Nope, just think in ctf_b2b (for example) if you take the route under the map, then you would be stuck there with no way out.

Nope, I'm pretty sure he's talking about how you have to hold the jets button down.
And he wants a toggle for jets.
eg. Press jet button:
jets turn on
you fly around a bit
Press jet button:
jets turn off
you fall to the ground
(or until your jets run out, then it turns off automatically)
