Well, that's interesting - considering there is no file called 'mimi_gun.bmp' :)

Nor is there a file called 'mini_gun.bmp'

There are however files called:
minigun.bmp
minigun2.bmp
minigun-rotate.bmp
minigun-rotate-2.bmp
minigun-fire.bmp
minigun-clip.bmp
minigun-2.bmp


First step - try uninstalling and reinstalling Soldat.

Soldat checks for certain properties of textures - such as dimensions, etc.

If you are using a mod, then the weapon graphic size may be too large.

BUT, then wouldn't it say "cannot play with tooo large weapon graphics"?

"such as dimensions, etc."

That was just an example. Note the etc. :)
