everytime i try to start the game i get a message:
-bla bla config.exe bla bla with export OLEAUT32.dll:VarNot
-unable to execute file c:soldat/config.exe......

does anybody know how to fix that?

Your OLEAUT32.dll file is probably just too old and Soldat requires a newer version to run.
