may i know what is considered spamming? If someone starts a topic that says "i r t3h l33t ownz0r" or something random like that, is it considered spamming?

2 forms of spamming
a) a thread
b) a post

a) if you start a new thread with the title "I R TEH OwZ0Rz 2 U ALLZ!!" that reads "look at me im so good but you all r teh crappyness!", well that is obviously spamming.

A thread needs a purpose to be considered legitimate. Either a question, and answer, a useful statement, etc.

b) if you make a post in a thread that reads "blah moo!!", that's spamming. It is meaningless/useless. It doesn't tell anyone anything, hold any interest for anyone, ask or answer a question, it's useless.
