Can anyone tell me how to install the damn 1.5 version fix i get a direct x file error and i ahve the latest direct x version.

Should just be a matter of installing it and then running soldat :)

Well, the fix doesn't install... you just copy the files over the top of the old ones...

But 1.1.5 (no fix) does install first.

When exactly do yo uget this problem?

When you install, or when you try to run the game? or the config?

i get it when i click exe file in the zip.

i dont care if i double post on my own thread fool.

oh and the game is fine i just want to fix the gun drop bug and every other bug

Please tell me you're not actually opening the zip and running the game straight without actually installing it or copying the fix over to your main Soldat directory???

You have to copy the files in the zip to Soldat folder. You don't run the exe in it.

re install dirext x and make sure u dotn have any confliction programs eg kazaa codec packs and stuff

Codec packs? I dunno about that, I think the problem is he was running the exe FROM THE ZIP, or at least he didn't copy over the original.
