after being asked about the m79 several, several times in the past few months, i wrote up a bit about it at http://archive.forums.soldat.pl/topic.php?topic_id=7026
well, this got me to thinking, if more little articles were written about the different weapons listing each weapons strengths and weaknesses and placed as stickies (hopefully) the beginners would read them and have a better understanding of each weapon's pros and cons. toss in a few tactics as well, and they may be more encouraged to try different weapons, instead of just practicing with one and then sticking with it. maybe it would make game play a little more diverse.
and i'm not saying this just to try to get my post placed as a stickey or anything. hell, i'm sure someone else could do a better write up about the m79 than i did. i just think little articles like this would be beneficial to the beginners.
