after skimming through various topics and posts and gawking
at the pure stupidity of a few unnamed forum members, i
feel the need to rant about why the idiotic and moronic
ideas that spew from their mouths are either so
F * * K I N G
stupid that they CANNOT be implemeted, or are too stupid to
be.

Great Idea #1) Launching grenades from a LAW...
oh boy. how could anybody even suggest something like this?
LAW stand from Light Antitank Weapon, a DISPOSABLE, ONE-SHOT
(i know soldat doesn't make it 1 shot, but thats kinda ok...
i guess) SELF-PROPELED, UNGUIDED ORDANANCE WEAPONS designed to
give INFANTRY a limited ablity to COMBAT ARMORED VEHICLES.
however, some dumbass suggested that we be able to launch our
grenades through the LAW. Before i say WHY that idea is downright
stupid, lets illustrate HOW the LAW WORKS.
Crude ASCII represenation of a standard M72A2/A3 LAW
Arming Switch

|________________________________| FRONT
once the arming siwtch is triggered, a guard preventing the rear
end of the barrel pops off, and the front sight sprigs up, and
allowing the soldier to pull out part of the inner tube contained
within the law. when the tube is pulled out the rear-most position,
the soldier hits the firing button, launching the rocket by
igniting the firing charge within the tube. now the rocked is self-
propelled, meaning that the explosive warhead discharged from the
weapon has its own method of propulsion, in this case, an on-board
rocket motor. when the rocket has flown for a distance of appx 10m,
the motor ignited, carrying it for the remaining distance to the
target, a maximum of 1000m.
now we can clearly see why putting grenades within the tube and
attempting to launch them is just stupid, but i am all for the
implementation of the ability to do so. when the player does
attempt it, a large explosion should result, and the words
WOW HOW STUPID ARE YOU? YOU KILLED YOURSELF!
should appear onscreen. Next.
Great Idea #2) Launching grenades from Mortars.
-_-;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
see Great Idea #3. if your not the dumbass who suggested this, you
SHOULD get why this simply isn't feasible.
Great Idea #3) Placing foreign materials in body orifices.
if you don't know what an orifice is, go look it up. otherwise
try doing it with a grenade. good, we cleaned up the gene pool.

well i couldn't remember anymore [:-censored]ing ingenious ideas, so on to
some [:-censored]ing ingenious that are actually [:-censored]ing ingenious.
[:-censored]ing INGENIOUS idea #1) Decreasing accuracy of weapons while
airboure/Increasing accuracy of weapons
while kneeling/prone
now i am an avid barret user myself, but i do see why offensive
assault sniping is just not... right. soldiers racing across the
map, jumping up, pulling off the perfect air shot to kill that
other teams sniper whos kneeling. "hey!" you say, "its his fault
for not shooting me!" but think of it this way. military snipers
have to train for years before being able to place that .223
from a light sniper rifle into a target the size of the human head
from 100m away. now this lil soldier here is carrying a 7kg+ weapon
into the air, and achieving pinpoint accuracy. all i am suggesting
is that ALL weapons should endure a slight accuracy drop while air-
boure, a slight accuracy increase while kneeled, and a bit more
while prone. a certain modifier, perhaps a +/- 2 degrees modifier
could be incorperated into the calculations that determine bullet
placement, such that even if the player shoots in the correct spot
for a absolute accurate gun to hit, that there is a chance that the
weapons will be off anywhere from 0-1 degrees off. at close ranges it
means less, but at larger ranges .5 degress can be WAY off. which
brings me to my next point.
[:-censored]ing INGENIOUS idea #2) Ability to "deploy" Minimi
all area suppressment weapons such as machineguns and squad
support weapons are usually mounted upon bipods or tripods. if any
one here has every played america's army, they will have experinced
the ability to "deploy" the m249 thats in the game. by deploying the
weapon, which takes a few seconds, accuracy in increased a large
amount, as the gun is now resting and supported upon a tripod. this
ability should be implemented into soldat, perhaps when you prone
with the Minimi, you get a SLIGHT increase in view range (perhaps
1/2 of the bonus that is bestowed when you kneel with barrett), as
well as HIGHLY increase accuracy. kinda goes hand in hand with
the previous suggestion.
[:-censored]ing INGENIOUS idea #3) Implementing a "prepare to fire" time to
LAW
in my tiny overview of the LAW, i stated a little thing about having
to "prep" the weapons before firing, namly yanking the inner tube
out the rear end of the LAW before firing. perhaps such an action
should be added to soldat, preventing barret users from simply pulling
out this one hit weapon and firing it point blank after missing their
poorly aimed sniper shot. ugh. that pisses me off.
well thats all for now...
give me my 2 cents back you dirty B-A-S-T-A-R-D.
