It would be great if our weapon were already loaded when we respawn so we could get rid of these fu**ing respawn killers

Thats a very debatable issue...and if you hang around long enough, you might find someone posting here saying "ITS ALREADY BEEN DISCUSSED" or something of that calibre.

But otherwise, I personally believe some kind of seperate area for 'spawnees' that others can't reach would be the solution...just a matter of a practical way to impliment it.

the main problem is usualy respawn killers, but anyhow I really dont see any problem with that for myself[when im getting reskilled] oh well I dont know about others though[:P]
