OKay guys thanks for helping me run a server bymself. but now my friend wants Soldat. Only when he trys to run a game, it says error loading texture, Cannot open file Scenery Gfx Bush....
I downloaded the latest version 9.0 and then i tried it still nothing i tried a map without the bush scenery, voland, and it worked but it was very distorted

Hey im having the same problem except that instead of saying error loading bush scenery it says error loading MINIGUN.CLIP.BMP it really annoying I hiope its fixed on 1.6

Try to dowlode the bush scinery here all the bushes. I hope it will help!

Just place this bushes in your soldat scinery-GFX directory.

Re-install the game? So that it re-installs the texture that has a prob. Either that or it's his graphics card, if it aint Direct X.

Yes, there's a few people who are having similar problems.

Some things that can cause it:

Direct X (should use 9.0b)
Video Card drivers (should always use latest)
Old video card
Lack of video card RAM

I shall hereby state the Sodat Minimum Requirements (taken from manual):
- A PC, a keyboard, a mouse, a brain
- 333mhz processor
- Video accelerator that can run Direct3D
- Graphics card compatible with DirectX 8.1
- 32 MB RAM
- Some free MB on disk
- Sound card
- Network card or modem
- Microsoft Windows 98/Me/2000/XP
- Microsoft DirectX 8.1
