How to pronounce "Michal Marcinkowski"?

I'm sure Michal could answer this question pretty quickly... but I've been pronouncing it:

Michal ("normal" like Michal Jackson ;))

Marcinkowski

Mark (as in a mark on a board)
In (in a door)
ow (is in "ow that hurt")
ski (as in to snow ski)

is this right?

a friend is polish n pronaunce his name like that... but he doesnt have Marcinkowski
as last name =)

by me close but on't think so, i'm from lithuania i lived like 20 miles away from the boarder :)

I just say

Michal (Mi-ka-e-l)

Mar ("Mar"ksmanship)
kin ("Kin"g of fighters
ov ("of"f)
ski ("ski"free)

I say it in Japanese pronunciation, but In english I say it the same way.
