Is There any way to rise "frames per second" in soldat?
Now I have some 60 and just wondering if i could get that better somehow..

I got good comp so it should be not prob to be better.

Put none textures, for example. but 60 fps are enough, I doubt your eyes are qualified to see any difference between 60 fps and 100 fps in the game

actually, normal eyes 'see' at 35fps (even at 20fps you will only see a slight jerk here an there), but since they tend to change dramtically for some seconds which makes a difference realy, having around 50fps is optimal, the rest won't make a difference.

hey,
actually there was a pretty interesting recent thread on gdalgorithms where the general consensus was, 60fps and 120fps might not be differenet visually, but it makes a HUGE difference in terms of control (i.e your mouse input is being polled WAY more). which is apparently why those hardcore q3a people have all the fx/etc. off.

but soldat seems perfect @60fps..

Yup, actually that's a myth. Your eyes can see higher than 35fps.

I run Soldat at 85fps, and there really isn't any need to go higher than 60.

Omg, if i change "Refresh Rate" it wont affect the game anyway... I have bout 300fps.

Really, it doesn't matter that much. But your accuracy of your mouse does. Its not the times it gets polled really its the resolution of it (consumer mice range from 100-300lines/inch). When im using my [:-censored]ty logitec optical mouse and my wacom 4d mouse I can tell a HUGE difference because the 4dmouse has over 3x the resolution.

lol, yeah, optical mice don't like reflective surfaces, or texture/detailess surfaces.

If you've got 60 fps it is somewhat likely that you have v-sync on... v-sync meaning that soldat draws one frame and waits for the monitor to refresh, then draws the next frame, etc.
In this case, having soldat going at more than 60fps is definately not going to help since the monitor doesn't update quickly enough.

mouse mats annoy me, and i keep fiddling with the cotton in my spare time, so they end up like rubbish at the end of the day...
