And do you know any sites with compressed Mp3 musics that are around 100 kb or 350 kb?

"Compressed MP3s"? You DO know that MP3 IS a COMPRESSED format? Could you specify your last question? Do you mean .IT files like from Soldat?

Razorlame lets you set the bitrate for the compressed mp3 - you get a wealth of bitrate options for encoding. also, if you want the soldat music, download modPlug Tracker and turn them into WAVs, then use razorlame to make them into mp3s.
