I have a question: is there a way to join my own dedicated server as the host or something from the same computer? Cuz when I join, it seems to lag more. Does it actually matter? I want to play some rambo but I don't wanna ruin the server.

There no way u can join a running server as a host without restarting it.
And joining by starting soldat.exe twice on the same computer will create more lag because its need double resources.This wont be that big problem if u have a good computer.

Well my computer isn't that great so I guess I'm screwed. :(

Actually I found this an issue with my PC, which is 3ghz with over a gig of ram. Every time I joined, stable pings of around 50-100 would skyrocket to around 700-1000...It went away after I reinstalled winblows though...

when i joined my own dedicated server from the host computer i had no problems with pings or lag.
formatting the computer and starting over may help. maybe find a tutorial on improving computer performance, maybe that'll help.

Just run Soldat.exe, the one that is the dedicated server, at high priority and you won't have any problems :)

Whenever I connect to my own server, it works fine until the map changes. Then, Connection Problem, Connection Problem, SERVER TIMEOUT!

I had one bot on- Boogie Man, and I, and thats all.

my dedicated servers are always slow for some reason..whether im there or not..but it stays the same when i am there

ye that sux that u cant join ur own deticated would be much cooler :)
and that u could give people rights to kick and sjit

My pc is so damn slow that i can't do like that and i can only creat normally for like about 6. But when i dedicate i can host like 12 if computer doesnt have any else to do, thx to my avergae connection
