What is the mod in Soldat? is it just different weapon, and skin or is it a whole new game like mods for half-life?

a mod allows you to change the look and sound of the weapons used in Soldat, also you can change the GUI (heathbar, jet pack, etc) we're not quite at the level that Half-life is at yet :)
