Actually there is no harm in telling what's going on, the beta test is private to let beta testers express their opinions privately without the [:-censored] the general population posts *points at the barret threads*. The only harm that can come out of spreading information is spreading false information, I mean, who cares if people know whats happening? The patch is gonna come out anyhow, its not going to have any effect if they knew what's new in it or not, it would only upset the community if false rumors got out.

Oh and besides, at least a third of the community has the 1.2c patch, its leaked out constantly, which is also harmless, there is no problem with people seeing the patch, only with them spamming the beta test forum, which is not going to happen because they dont know the password ;)

Edit: Boosta, we all know you're one of the more intellegent people in the forum, the members can do whatever they want to make you look bad, its the forum anyway, you really cant go and threaten to beat them up after school if they did something stupid ;) All I see in this thread is the coming of a generic asshole, 10 of them discover the forums when 1 intellegent, constructive guy does, the net is full of [:-censored], better get used to it :)

A message to all the guys trying to come here to prove admins wrong or just act like asses: We all know who'se a contributive guy in the forums and who'se not, we're used to the deceptive crap and passive aggression that assholes normally emit, so just save yourself the trouble. TFS, I don't have a problem with beta stuff leaking but I'm trying to prevent it though.
Many play the beta but they don't report bugs because they just wanna have fun and have that "omg im playing it before every1 else!?! loL!"-feeling.

I think Michal should do some more previews like he did with 1.0.5b to 1.1.x. He put some screenshots from the new infiltration mode on the homepage and the community was (more or less) satisfied :)

Michal doesn't seem to mind about the beta leaking because it doesn't harm him. I still think if people play the beta then they should report the bugs they find too. But that wouldn't work now because there would be way too many posts in the beta testing forum (most of them double etc. as we know it from the public forums) :|

Let's just ignore the fuc.ker and he'll get tired of posting to himself.

Koehleralex - just so you know, there is such a thing as a balnket ban, where all IPs from a certain range are banned. Unless you like changing ISPs a lot, then I wouldn't push for this to happen.
