What are you talking about? If your talking about downloading Soldat you can still get it from everything from Belgium to Tasmania.

i didn't work so i thought maybe i needed a mirror but becouse there were names of nations behind them like italy usa germany i thought i needed 1 for my country

Well if you needed a server in your area to download anything, the internet would be pretty useless now wouldn't it :P
