Will soldat run on, Windows98 , 350mhz, 156mb of Ram, and Dial up?
I am downloading it right now, but I wanna see if anyone else has played it on something like my RIG and on DialUp...
Help would be appreciated in this matter.

Yes it worked fine on my old comp 233mhz 126mb ram etc. ;D

It should work if you have a fairly recent [post-1999] graphics card i.e. direct-3d enabled. A friend of mine is playing on a similar setup [366mhz, 160 ram etc]

if its 350mhz P2 put Win2k on it.. will work better

It's a AMD-k6-2 So it's equal to a p2

Had you compared both win2k and win 98 or XP, win2k usually gives more problems for playing. The same than others, it is more important to have a good graphic card.
BTW an AMD K6-II is worst than a P2. My K6 III is sligthly slower in arithmetical speed than a P2, but in Mulimedia operations it is 2.7 times faster (Sandra benchranking).

minimum requirments should be in the manual...

Your all fogeting that he said he has dialup I have it so I can say dont
expect to be playing the same as every one else were a hudge
disatvantage so my recomendations are get cable! I would if I could
afford it

u can get 158 somewhere lol amd k6 i used to have that, sept mine was 450mhz lol i struggled to play soldat with more than 12 bots, today i can enjoy some major rapage on a 30 bot game of arena 2 deathmatch......can anyone say masta killa???....ne wayz yea it should work....no anti aliasing or dithering will give u the best results but you may get crappy graphics

well i have win 2k on my celeron 800 512ram and i tested all other wins.. so.. this is the best i ever had

i seriously don't think you can get 158mb's of ram...
158 is NOT an integer power of TWO.
every stick of RAM i've ever seen was sold in increments of the power of two. (and i've worked in a computer repair shop)

Yeah, I'm sure you mean 128 [:P]... but I tried playing on my old laptop (233MHz, too, Dialup, etc...) And I lagged pretty bad, and my cursor kinda skips around... Ping was normal for dialup, though, it's mostly your processor that's lagging you [:P]
