Is the SErver down?

I tried accessing it, but says "Lobby Server not responding, If it isn't your fault try again later"

Is this normal?

Have you changed the lobby server adress? Go to your soldat folder and find "lobby_servers.txt".
Delete whatever is there and replace it with "lobby.safeland.org". This should fix your problem.
