Ok... I dont really know what "Dynaamisesti linkitettävää kirjastoa..." means, but I think you need to download latest DirectX.

The FAQ says:

Install DirectX 8.1 drivers. If you have Windows 95 or NT 4.0 I don't think it will work.

I have the latest DX installed and I get the same message. As far as I know you can not install a previous version of DX without having to reinstall windows. Being the creative person that I am I provided the game with that dll. Now it says "The procedure entry point DnEntry12 could not be located in the dynamic link library DDRAW.dll any ideas?

You provided a file named that way , but the file is automatically installed with the dx 90b, which seems you had not really installed by what you are saying... previous version?
