Just do something to make it lag less! I don't friggin care what you kiddies say to this but either way less lag is better.

1.2 is going to have 25% better net coding I think its 25%..

Lag less? I was getting 50 ping on a Linux server today. I usually get 200-300. I am usually the lagger. Does that sound like a ton of lag?

Element_101, i think that Michal said that netcode is almost 50% faster - and i'm sure of that ;)

its fun to kill a lagger though, or you can be a lagger and hop on the lagwagon

but when u are host and u have lagger on your server it's hard to kill him becouse he's teleportin' all the time :>

man, lag exists in every net game...
so if u dont like the lag u have 3 options:
1- get a better connection/ISP
2- play only in servers located in your zone
3- quit soldat
...
not much options :D
or u can try the 2 options most ppl use:
1- dont care bout the lag and play
2- play laggy and whine bout it like a lil noob :D

although sometimes the lag constitutes for cool looking kills

i think weeds the only person whos actually constructive in here...
and i thought it was 50% better... but i'm probably wrong, like always.
