It doesnt work... I did everything Abortion told me to do, but when I run the mod selector, it brings up an error.
Is it a broken link or something?

Yes, I found it in Interface FAQ's (installing MODS). It's not a broken link.

I tried this mod changer a few months ago, never worked.....

http://soldat.eu.org/download/mod_changer.zip - its a fixed version, should work fine now.
