I've only seen this once, but the other day I was playing on ctf_voland, and I stood on the health regen space, and when my health got up to full, the bar disappeared, and when I got shot it appeared again. Is this a bug, or a freak thing?

It already got reported and it seems to be a display error or something. Probably related to the healthy polygons :)

So, don't worry, it's not gonna kill you ;)
