An idea more for 1.2 than 1.1.5.
It should be like a check option such as survival or realistic. Simply players get 2 primaries on spawn + 1 secondary, +100% health, higher grenades limit (10?) and the rambo bow spawn is activated, even if this option isn't played over rambo match. Should be fun in CTF =d

If there are too many deads the bonus health can always be fixed to something like +200%
The only problem i see is the m79 and LAW (?) damage. Since it's something around 16k ( m79, LAW i don't know ), it would kill people in one hit, no matter how much health they have. But they could just be disabled for this purpose.
