i checked what it said on the main page about how to fix it. i tried everything that it said but soldat still doesnt work. is there something else i can do or does my computer just suck really badly?

What kind of hardware compatibility error?

first it said something like error to initialize hardware something then it said error failed to initialize directx.

Well, I'm guessing from what you said you need to download a more recent version of DirectX!

to tell you the truth, i really dont know. i dont think it is considering my computer sucks... ill upgrade it this weekend.... see if that helps
