Has anyone figured out how those color settings in bot files work? I am thinking to upgrade my SBE (yeah, the first bot editor) to work with newest Soldat, and it would make it a lots of easier if I wouldn't have to find it out myself.

well the colour in a bot bmp will be that colour in the game, unless it is a shade of white to grey, which will be the colour you chose for the person in the game.
such as...

the torso bmp is grey, with lighter grey at the edges. in the game you choose purple for the top half. when playing the torso will be purple with lighter shades of purple at the edges. same with trousers.
