There is no 'best gun', but I am better with DEagles than with any other weapon. In other words, it's the person behind the gun.

m79 on the other hand.. can be shot far ( not that far tho ) but alas.. m79 are almost only used @ 0 range attacks =[ .. but i guess u should stay away from them , aswell as knife users

besides that, soccom by far is the best gun, it hard to use yet has a reload time the makes up for the difficulty with aiming,

Probably, if there's "the best weapon" it is the barret... I don't like it, but the best players use it more than others... for me the best is ak, powerful and fast. And in 1.2 will be better. [8]

Hrm.. wert, plz don't say that the *best* players use it. 'cause it's not true. Sure there are loads of good players who use barret.. But let's face it : barret is way too easy to use. It was a good weapon, you needed skill to fire it, only back then in 1.05b... Now aiming with it is much easier...

so i dont think that it is the best. Your better useing a berret and a knife. But takedwn i have seen u with the louncher. Your pretty good with it. I used to use it. When i got to public games i noticed i kill my self with it alot. So then i switched to berret. I will always have the knife as my second wep tho its just so cool to use.

My opion is that the nade loncher shouldnt be able to hurt isr self cause it arks when u shoot it so its most accurate when you are closer to the enemy. But when u are close to the enemy and shoot u die.

but thats wut i think how bout you...?

you just need to practis eith the m79 more then, i "alomst" never kill myself with the m79, and i use it about half the time, autos the other half, and i never use the berret, unless i start with no gun and pick one up.


ya just need to practis a bit with m79.

Ak74&knife; ak74 is strong an fast, and knife is good in closebattles. And you dont have to reload the knife.

You're right, maybe some player does alot of kills only camping...but i still think that the best players don't dislike barret.

How long have you been playing to deduce that the *best* players are the ones with the barrets? Hate to tell you, bit it's usually the gun, not the player.

But, there are some who can shoot it in all angles, very well. Me not being one of them.

But most of the time, it's not the player, it's his one-hit-kill gun.

theres just to maney favourite gun threads. and yea the best players dont use the berret. its a 1 shot kill so anyone the can see and have some hand eye cordanation can use it and win.

The first weapon I used in soldat was barret... I went on a 6 kills killing spree without reloading... THE FIRST TIME I PLAYED SOLDAT. The best players DO NOT use barret.

My favorite gun is the ruger.....it can usualy kill with 2 hits and u can shot pretty fast...............and i agree the best players do NOT us the barreta.....any 1 can use that gun....thats the gun i firsted used when i started to play

what r ur guys views on camping? personally I do it when the situation calls for it. the only reason I would oppose camping iis in survival mode where it just delays the game.

camping isnt that bad because in soldat u can see where the ppl are hiding so campng isnt a big issue

In Soldat, you must flush out campers using an m79, and watch them flock away in fear.

Steyr AUG is the best gun

Barret isn't any good if you have lag. It takes 4 secs. to be able to fire it once, and when you lag a lot, you'll almost always miss.

I like double primary weapons. After using my LAW, I toss it aside, and grab the nearest primary. Usually, I go for Desert Eagles, Ruger 77, or a machine gun. If I get a machine gun, I might use the rest of the ammo, then toss it aside for another gun, because they don't have enough power. Sometimes, I'll get another LAW, hoping that it wasn't used yet, and then use it and look for another gun. I can kill with SOCOMs, because I can click fast enough, but i'll throw it away if I find a good weapon.

The best gun right now is the barret because it has instant kill.

The m79 would be better than th ebarret if you couldnt injur urself with it. This is because the barret can shooot at point blank and kill someone receiving no damage while the m79 can do the same but take lots of damage.

it is not that hard to 'not' kill yourself with m79, just practis

best gun depends on which gun u practice with, every gun has another gun that can counter it
