I don't know if anyone else has seen or done this, but I thought it was pretty cool. I was playing on a zombie INF server just now, inf_warehouse to be exact, and I got a little idea to capitalize on the bots' stupidity which turned out quite nicely.

Behold! Just sit a little bit below the lip of spawn platform there, and the zombies will be helpless. Too stupid to ignore you, too stupid to figure out how to get up to you, and of course, they only have chainsaws, so you're perfectly safe. I stayed up there with 1% health for a long time. I even made a short demo to capture the moment:
