I've downloaded Soldat Server for Linux. Will it run on FreeBSD-platform? And is there any perspectives on develop. Server specially for FreeBSD?

..someone here mentioned a compability mode to run the linux dedicated server on another platform, but I'm not sure if it was for FreeBSD.

I run my private server on FreeBSD with no troubles.

It took some time to set up though. The main problem I had was getting "Freeview" mode and constant relogs in from the same user over and over. I fixed that by using the correct case for the maps. The maplist is CASE-SENSITIVE!

Also: Please be advised I have no limits to the amount of ram, processes, or speed I can use for the server. Others may not be so fortunate.
